Navigating our terminal is a stress-free and simple process, but our ACE staff is always available if you need any help.
Our Terminal
You can use the map below to help you navigate when arriving and leaving through our terminal building. There are doors to enter our Airport at both the Arrivals Curb and Departures Curb, but we strongly encourage passengers to utilize the Departures Curb door to help us better manage traffic flow and prevent delays in dropping-off or picking-up. Please note that passengers with accessibility needs can find specially marked parking spots near the Arrivals Curb.
The ACE Program
If you have any questions or concerns while using our Airport please find one our ACE staff members. ACE staff can be identified by their bright blue shirts, you can't miss them! You can also text them at 519-872-3257 with any questions you might have, and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Our ACE's are dedicated to ensuring that you have an easy
and comfortable experience at our Airport, so don't be shy!
