Ultra-Low Fare Airline Flair Comes to London Starting with Weekly Direct Flights to Tucson, Arizona

LONDON, ON – London International Airport is thrilled to add some Flair to our airport, with Flair Airlines! This ultra-low fare airline is a Canadian company that offers short to medium haul flights at affordable price points. Their expanding fleet of Boeing 737 aircrafts serve over 30 cities across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico and is the fastest growing airline in Canada. Flair’s mission is clear: “We will liberate the lives of Canadians by providing affordable air travel that connects them to the people and experiences they love.”

Flair’s first route from London International Airport is direct to Tucson, Arizona! Starting in December, weekly flights will fly directly from our Forest City to their hot, sunny desert landscape.

“London International Airport is ecstatic to welcome Flair Airlines to London for the first time in history. We look forward to building the relationship with Flair Airlines over the long term and offering travelers in London and Southwestern Ontario direct air service to exciting destinations at extremely affordable prices,” said Scott McFadzean, President and CEO of London International Airport. “We are confident this first announcement with Flair service from London, Ontario to Tucson, Arizona this winter will be a big hit within the community and offer travelers direct service to the sunniest state in the US.”

When you land in Tucson International Airport (TUS), you arrive in the heart of the unique Sonoran Desert; the only place on Earth that is the natural habitat of the incredible saguaro cactus. Tucson is rich in nature with a big emphasis on the great outdoors, offering stunning sunsets and vast mountain views. It is one of the sunniest cities in the U.S with 350+ days of sunshine a year! Tucson also offers world-class golfing (40+ courses), rodeo, botanical gardens, vacation resorts, and endless backcountry adventures.

CEO at Flair Airlines, Stephen Jones said “We’re delighted to add an additional airport to our upcoming Tucson Winter Base, and we’re very excited to add London to our network. We’ve seen the demand for non-stop sun this winter and we are pleased to offer an affordable option to London and the surrounding area. There is no shortage of national parks, attractions, and vibrant nightlife in Tucson, and we can’t wait for Canadians to get out and explore it all. We look forward to our continued partnership with London International Airport.”

Cheryl Finn, General Manager at Tourism London said “It is so exciting to have Flair in London! The pandemic has taken a major toll on our tourism industry and there is pent up demand to travel again. Londoners can certainly take advantage of this convenient service, but we will also be working to attract visitations ‘the other way’ so that we can host our American friends to come here and explore everything London has to offer.”

To celebrate the first week of sales, one-way fares to Tucson begin at $99 from London. There’s limited availability for the fares so book now at flyflair.com
